I’m happy for you that you picked the coaching school that you feel better with. I also hope it was the least expensive.

There are over 230 for profit coach training schools, virtually all of which are claiming that attending their coaching school will be the way to achieve personal and financial success as a coach.

But, you will find that the success of your coaching will not be dependent on the school you selected. We have found that really great coaches are born, not made. We have also found that the best way to improve your coaching is to actually coach. Thomas Leonard, who was a behind the scene cofounder of CTI, who founded Coach U, and Coachville, also stated that nothing beats coaching experience.

Be careful of falling for the certification sale game. Being certified or connected with the ICF will not help you one bit, nor will it mean you will become a better coach by doing so.

Good luck to you.

I'm currently attending the Manning education and finding it fun and engaging. Sofia Manning, her husband Chris and Mie Madsen have impressed me as they connect very well with our class of about 60 people.
I finished the second module a few weeks ago and have no doubt that the next modules will be as interesting as the first ones.

Have fun when you get started.
